Baptized membership in this Congregation includes all the members who have been baptized in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, ... Communicant membership in this Congregation includes all members who have been baptized and confirmed, and who: * Accept all the canonical books of the Old and New Testaments as the only divine rule and standard of faith and life * Are familiar with Luther’s Small Catechism and declare their acceptance of it * Attend worship regularly * Lead Christian lives * Partake of the Lord’s Supper frequently * Contribute regularly and faithfully as God has prospered them * Are not members, affiliates or supporters of lodges or societies of an unchristian or antichristian character * Accept the provisions of the Constitution of the Congregation |

Voting membership includes all communicant members who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have read and signed the Constitution of the Congregation. The Congregation as a body, through the Voters’ Assembly, shall have supreme power to administer and manage all its internal and external affairs, ... The establishment and conduct of all institutions, organizations and societies within the Congregation, such as the Sunday School or a parochial school, youth societies, ladies’ or men’s organizations, choir, and the like shall at all times be subject to the approval and supervision of the Congregation. The Congregation, however, shall be bound in all its actions to the authority of the Word of God, and any decision which is contrary to the Word of God shall be null and void.

The Officers of the Congregation include the following: * President * President Elect * Recording Secretary * Treasurer * Financial Secretary * twelve or more Elders In addition, Chairpersons of the following boards and/or committees: * Property management * Christian Education * Evangelism * Stewardship * Young peoples programs * other committees as required The Church Council, made up of the above officers (and the Chairman of the Board of Elders) is charged with the day-to-day management of the Congregations’ affairs, subject to the approval of the Voters’ Assembly. The Church Council, as well as all regular boards and committees, meet at least one time each month. The Voters’ Assembly meets once each quarter. |
